Server Build Failing with the result of Unhealthy status (state : TooManyServerRestarts)

I've locally tested my game build with a LocalVMagent(without container enabled) and its works fine. But when i upload it as a Build in Multiplayer2.0 and try to deploy, it keeps on failing with a result of Unhealthy status (state : TooManyServerRestarts)

TitleId : 915A

GameEngine : Unity 2019version

PlayfabSDK and GSDK also in latest version.

You may need to run the server as a containerized application and verify that your game server is packaged with all the required dependencies and will run without issues on the PlayFab Multiplayer platform before deploying it to Multiplayer Server 2.0.
