Hi deldam: we're currently working on the new Game Manager; the one that's available for use now at portal.playfab.com does work but was built as an internal tool and isn't super intuitive, and it wasn't built to be expandable or easily maintained. We have a framework built for the new Game Manager, which is what's shown in those screenshots, but there's some work to be done on it before it's usable.
If you do run into anything that you can't do in the current live Game Manager, please let us know! You should start seeing the new one come online (at least the first screens) over the next few weeks.
