Is it possible to upload / download custom json.txt file as player save file to playfab via entity file system?

Yes, it’s possible. Please check this doc Entity files for the tutorial of how to load a file, and upload a new file. And you can navigate to the API references File to check the corresponding API. Entity Files System support multiple formats of files containing but not limited to TXT and JSON files.
