Looking for a monitoring / escalation service,Looking to use a monitoring and escalation service

Looking to call out engineering team based on the status of some key game metrics.
Say CCU hits 0. Start a call out process.

Does playfab have any integrations to a monitoring service they'd recommend or is there something that's commonly used by your customers?

Thanks. AA

,

I'd like to be able to monitor some of our key Playfab game stats and call out the engineering team if our stats fall below desired limits - CCU fall off for instance
Do you have any of these type of integrations in playfab OR do you have any suggestions for these types of service?

Thanks. AA

Yes, PlayFab has such built-in monitoring service which includes metric of New Players, MAU, DAU, etc. PlayFab’s metrics offering automatically calculates these industry-standard metrics for you on a daily basis, making them available to explore from the [Reports] and [Trends] tabs in the [Dashboards] section. PlayFab offers views that are easy to digest, filter, and analyze. You can navigate to [GameManager]->[Dashboards] to check them. Please refer to this doc Metrics quickstart for a quick start of how to use this service. In addition, because players interact with PlayFab via stateless REST API, it’s hard to get the metrics of CCU(concurrent users), DAU(Daily Active Users) and MAU(Monthly Active Users) are useful too in the analysis. You can check this doc Metrics and terminology to learn more about them and other metrics.
