Lost account on iPhone due to battery replacement @brendan,Lost my account due to battery replacement iPhone

After battery replacement have been unable to retrieve account. Reset password sends a link but after a change logging in gets No User message.

Have had VIP before and was in a clan, cannot see how to get account back. Help please

Since you're calling out "VIP" and "clan", I'm assuming you're a player of a game that uses PlayFab, and not a developer, correct? If so, you'll need to contact the developer or publisher of the game directly, to get help. We cannot make any changes to any game running in our service without specific instructions from the developer or publisher.
