400-Service Unavailable "Cannot resolve destination host" with some clients

Hi, we're in the soft launch state with our game right now and we decided to give some ads to India to find uncovered bugs etc. We have some users in other countires too and they are playing the game without any issue, but we've found that more than half of the users in India gets 400-Service Unavailable "Cannot resolve destination host" error and they simply uninstall the game. They can't event create an account. We are using Unity 2019.2.0f1. Our game is on Android. We couldn't figure out what is the reason of this issue. What are the possible reasons of this issue and is there something we can do about it?

Thanks

"Cannot resolve destination" is going to have to do with your network connection - an ISP issue, an overzealous firewall, etc. Please see this post for more on this issue.

Besides, Network packet analysis tools such as Wireshark can help you to check if there is any SSL connection issue between theirs. So, if you have any users who are familiar with Wireshark, getting a network capture is usually a help. Here is a thread has a discussion about blocked IPs in Russia, you can refer to it too.
