Multiplayer Servers 2.0 evaluation

I am trying to evaluate Multiplayer Servers 2.0.

I read this document.

What happens if each instance's uptime exceeds the following times?

-100 Av2 virtual machine hours
-100 Dv2 virtual machine hours

Does the instance stop automatically?
Will payment occur automatically?

For billing questions, it's more helpful for you to use the "Billing/Account" option on our Contact Us Page to get more billing details you are concerned about.
