Reedem Coupon

Hi there,

We're going to make coupons to give away to our users so we'd like to ask you some questions as below:

1. We need 500 of them so we've got them through Catalogs over 5 times, 100ea each. Will there be any issue on use?

2. Can we know what coupon or how many (out of all, 500) will have been used?

3. What can we do if we'd like to let a user use not more than a coupon? (say, 1 coupon per user only)

For your questions:

  1. It is fine to generate coupons. If a large quantity of coupons are required, you may create support ticket to us if you are Pro or Enterprise user.
  2. PlayFab currently doesn’t support tracking the usage status of redeem coupon
  3. The only work around solution is that you need to maintain an external database, which will store the mappings for coupons generated by PlayFab with required information like usage status, expiration date, additional tags (this can be used for checking if this player has redeemed this type of coupon).
