Leaderboard Did Not Reset For a Single Player

Question

In our title (AOD3) we have a leaderboard that counts 'Trophies' awarded at the end of each game. The leaderboard resets weekly at 12:00 am Monday UTC/GMT. This week, we found that the leaderboard did not reset for one player but appears to have reset for everyone else.

We are wondering if we have implemented something incorrectly or if there is something we have misunderstood with regards to the operation of the leaderboard.

We are unable to reproduce this issue on the test Title. Then we can't check your title, please make sure it's a correct one. If you need to provide TitleId again, could you please attach some detailed info like the playerId whose statistics can't be reset and the statistics name that has this issue. In addition, please make sure you have checked our documentation Using resettable statistics and leaderboards.
