Leaderboards: How does reset frequency works?

I want to know at which local time a leaderboard is reset? For example, is the local time different in Los Angeles than in Moscow when a leaderboard is reset or is the leaderboard reset at the same local time in each time zone?

For example, is the weekly Leaderboard reset at midnight(00:00) local time in Los Angeles and Moscow?

Leaderboards that are configured to reset daily, weekly, and monthly will reset at 00:00:00 UTC.

Thanx. I think it would be great if the developers could choose the reset time in UTC manually.

Correct, at this time that is not supported, but you could always create a feature request if you would like.
