(Unity GSDK) Unable to get server public ipv4 address and ports with "PlayFabMultiplayerAgentAPI.GetGameServerConnectionInfo() "

Hi,

I am using unity gsdk in our unity server build.

However, while I invoked PlayFabMultiplayerAgentAPI.GetGameServerConnectionInfo(), the return "PublicIpV4Adress" are empty and "GamePortsConfiguration" list are null.

I've tried in local container and the deployed server, both getting the same result.

  • Unity Version: 2018.3.14f1
  • Server region: EastAsia
  • Virtual machine Type: Standard_D2_V2

Any further info would be appreciated!

May I ask how many standby servers have you configured? there should be at least 1 to get started.

We have reproduced this issue and filed a bug. However, since there is no official release for Unity GSDK on our blog website yet, we suggest you to continue to use Csharp GSDK.
