Segments on one of our titles don't load anymore (https://developer.playfab.com/en-US/r/t/B171/segments). Our other titles are not affected.
Instead of the segments, the following error message is displayed.
There was an error while loading data from the server. Please reload the page to retry.

A bug for this issue has been filed.
Thanks for the reply - is there anything that can be done to fix the segments on our title while the bug is still around? Or any estimate on when the bug will be fixed?
Is there any news on this? We really need to be able to use our segments again.
Hey @max, the issue with loading the segments page is that one of segments is using a country from our banned list. Deleting the segment immediately to restore full functionality or wait for the full fix is the latest update. Please ensure your issue is the same as this one. If not, please create a new case in forum and describe your configuration and titleid. Thanks
@FranklinChen Ah, so that is because we have a segment of player from Iran right? If this is the case, could you delete this segment from our GameManager please? We can't delete it ourselves since we can't access the segments at all due to the bug.
