Isse with Password Reset using custom email template

Hi we have implemented the password reset as per this post:

https://community.playfab.com/questions/19873/customise-reset-password-screen.html

We get to the callback url and submit the ResetPassword call and get back a 200 from resetting the password. However the password is never reset by the looks of things. Checked the event stream for the players and we do not see any reset password events either.

We have also attempted using the Try It functionality on the Documentation pages as well and it did not work either.

Greetings,

Just to make sure I understand the problem:

Is the issue, that the SendAccountRecoveryEmail API responds with status 200, but no password recovery email is sent?

Additionally:

Would you be able to provide your TitleID and the PlayFabID of the account the API call is made for?

Hi we managed to resolve it was a config issue in the client call we were using
