How accurate and up-to-date is the API Usage Report? I just made some calls in the system, and I don't see the data in that report.

The report is accurate, but it does take time for the information to be updated into it. So, looking at the report for your usage the previous day should be highly accurate. The current day's report will lag behind somewhat, as the data does take time to get into Redshift (15-20 minutes) and the job to run the report itself does not run continuously.
