How to find missing invoice (was not emailed to me like it usually is every month)

Every month around the 15th, I receive an invoice from PlayFab. This month (June 2019) I never received an invoice. My credit card was billed on June 15th.

Is there somewhere in the dashboard to download invoices, or a way to request that an invoice be re-sent?

I'm not sure what you mean. Here's what I see on that page:

I don't see any way to contact someone at Playfab.

I had to use a different browser (it does now show the contact form in Firefox, but it does in Chrome).
