When do you get charged after increasing limits?

Hi,

from what i understand, if you upgrade to a higher plan, you only get charged when going live.

But how does this work with the free version and increasing Limits separately? For example, we would like to increase the statistics limit from 25 to 500. Once we increase this, will we get charged right away or only once the game goes live?

When increasing Limits separately on the free tier, you will start being charged right away.
