Account is still being deleted after 10 days

I already read that deleting a player means pushing it into a queue. From [this source] and this source.

But I thought it could take one or more days. We're getting close to release and we set 50 players to delete something like 10 days ago, but if we try to log in using their ids we still receive the log:

The account is unavailable, because it is being deleted.

Is this expected? Or do we need to take any action?

Thanks for your feedback, we checked the Event history in your title and searched event player_removed_title, found that you did some bulk delete operation on May 17. Is one of the Players' ID that has this problem 4E295A57CE4E70DC? If this problem still occurs in title, could you provide more information about it so that we can navigate the problem?
