On my playfab dashboard I can see an amount of unique users but it's not the same amount in the players tab why there is a difference between theses two values ? How are defined an user and how are defined a player ?

I am assuming that you are asking about the unique users represented in the dashboard as shown in the screenshot below. If so, these numbers are calculations of users that have recently made API calls to PlayFab within the given timeframe. For example, I have about 30 players in my title, but only 3 players have been active within the last day and 1 active in the last 24 hours.
