Why does my D30 retention sometimes get reported as 0%?

Sometimes, my retention graph on the Analytics/Trends tab is reporting d30 retention as 0%, and it's skewing the average (I think).

The latest one is fixed. It's still showing as 0% 60-ish days ago. Merely old data, pay it no mind.

What's your title ID? I don't think it is an issue but I will ask my team to take a look at your title
