Validate iOS Receipt not working on Unity 2019

Hi, it seems that the PlayfabClientAPI.ValidateIOSReceipt() call is not working correctly in Unity 2019.1.0 and later. In Unity 2019, the call is working as expected in Unity Editor but will return an error callback saying "service unavailable" on actual device after a couple minutes. However, the same call works correctly in both Unity Editor and an actual iOS device. Please investigate, thank you.

Title id is 332E, this is the correct one.

I meant it's working correctly on Unity 2018, sorry for the typo.

Maybe its because they have new backend:

Thank your for your input. I guess this might be the source of the problem. However I tried setting the Playfab SDK to use "Http Web Request" and still doesn't work. Sigh.
