How the server location are managed and which area work well in playfab ?

Hey guys,

We using playfab to release a game worlwide and it seems that in asia region, we have some issue with the connection ...

So we wonder how the server are managed by playfab and where they have some server ?
It seems that since microsoft obtained this company, they use their own azure server ...

Does playfab use all those server : https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/global-infrastructure/regions/

Or only few of them ?

Also, does playfab have a way to test the ping per location to test if everything is fine ?

Currently only the new service that we are rolling out (like Multiplayer 2.0) uses Microsoft Azure while the core part of our service still operates in AWS (US-West-2), which is Oregon. For more information you can refer to Brendan and Andy’s reply on this thread: https://community.playfab.com/questions/27834/aws-playfab-latency.html.You may also consider an edge service in order to have more reliable and rapid communications with our service.

Using RESTful API testing tools like Postman may help you with testing the latency/ping for all APIs, and we provides PlayFab Collections on our website: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/gaming/playfab/sdks/postman/
