Control player - CRM

Good Morning! My name is Leonardo I'm launching a game in July but I have several doubts! my developers chose playfab but I do not know how I will manage my game! help me with some questions !? 1- the playfab I use it as a CRM!? I'll have player data!? can I send messages (push and email) to the players I choose or in stages? if it is not a CRM what is the best CRM that interacts with playfab !? or what CRM most games use to have administrative control and make marketing decisions! person I'm sorry the question this is not my branch and I'm learning everything now! my questions are related to I manage my players and make them buy the credits that I will sell off Line or nothing is inside the app! they transfer me the $ and I manually raise the credit for them! Can someone help me with this information !?

Hello,

For CRM and mobile marketing, I believe this falls under the PlayFab feature LiveOps. If you have specific questions about LiveOps features feel to ask.

I would like to know more about the monetization strategy you mentioned. It seems like you'd have to do something manually with your players but PlayFab provides a Commerce system for you.

Could you provide more details on what you're specifically trying to do? With these details I can provide more specific information.

The table is a table from number 1 to 36 (* like a casino roulette table) the player can choose from 1 number and a maximum of 4! So for example imagine that he chose the $ 0.25 table so each number he chooses will pay $ 0.25 (* remembering that he can pick a maximum of 4 numbers), after 30 seconds he has a draw and leaves the winner So imagine that the table has 9 players choosing 4 numbers already completes the 36 numbers, after the draw there will always be a winner and take $ 36.00 for your credits! The game is as simple as that! Ok, but I created in-game clubs, so by logging into the App, you can enter a club ID and request access, I club administrator allow access, and the game is cool because the clubs are for friends, they play between them, but here different from the App, ie within clubs, you start with 0 credit and have to ask the club administrator to send you! I want to have control of it all, that is, control of everything that happens inside the club, so I thought about a CRM, but I confess that I don't understand very well that I want to guide me to tell the developer how to meet my needs. .
