I have a problem with GrantCharacterToUser :
I own an item in my inventory, and when I use it to create a character with client/GrantCharacterToUser, it says "Item not found".

Can you post the code you're using to consume this item, a screenshot of your Catalog that contains this item, as well as a screenshot of the Player Inventory?

thanks for the reply, I just found the problem, my items were not in the main catalog.
