NameResolutionFailure?

I have a player attempting to login to our game on our client and for some reason they are getting an error when attempting client LoginWithPlayfab with a WebException Error of "NameResolutionFailure"? Is this something I can fix or debug somehow? I can login just fine using the same client where I'm at, but they are having that problem. I have a gut feeling something weird is going on with their internet, but not sure if that's accurate. Suggestions or thoughts?

Eventually it stopped happening. But I'm still curious...

That's a local DNS problem for that player. There's nothing you or I could do to fix it. That player would need to work with their ISP or their local network configuration to resolve the issue.
