I have moved over from gamesparks, which was the best decision first of all. However, gamesparks offered an in app event message or could be a notification when the player losses a rank or goes up a rank. I can't seem to find any info on this. Is this possible? I would ideally like an in game message sent to user when someone beat there high score. "X_username has passed your rank 6 with a score of 600." Have it set for a certain position group on the leaderboard first 25. If user does not have app open send a similar push notification.
