Getting a 503 error with Registerplayfabuser

I am using Unity and trying to create a Login / Register Screen. When I type in my info into the register screen I get a "Could not resolve host: .playfabapi.com" It doesn't look like my PlayFabId is getting added to it. What am I doing wrong? I am really new to PlayFab.
