How can I check if a user from Title A is also a user in Title B?

If a user from my Title A plays my other game Title B, I can see that under "Details" under "Master player account" that they are a user in the other title. My question is, within Title A, how can I check if the user is also a user in Title B? Can I access the "Other titles" section of the Master player account? Would I just use User Publisher Data?

We only provide an Admin API GetPlayedTitleList to retrieve the list of titles that a specific player has played.

You need to enter a Master Account PlayFab ID in the API request and title-level PlayFab ID will not be recognized.
