Segments filter Tag "is not" not working

I've added "IsTestPlayer" tag to all of my test players.

There are total of 568 players

Ive created segment "Test players" (players with that tag) and its working ok - shows it has 490 players, looks ok.

But when I create segment "Real players", (players that dont have that tag) it shows 505 players, and its not correct. Should be 568-490=78

I cant add special "IsRealPlayer" tag to real players, cause it requires update on appstore.

We believe this is a bug related to some recent performance-related fixes we made to the way segments counts are displayed in game manager. We're going to be rolling back that change soon so your segment counts return to their previous state. To be clear, though, we believe this was limited to a display bug. The actual players in the segment should not have been affected.
