Pricing - Self-Tier update

With new self-tier update there information, that if a game do not cross 1000MAU you don't have to pay 99 for indie tier or 299 for pro tier.

Does that mean that as long as I don't go over 1000 MAU I can essentialy develop my game for free with some limited testing without going live ?

Yes! We don't think you should have to pay for the core services until your game is live.
