There's no limit on MAU in the free tier. However, if this is a realtime game, please be aware that excessive API call rates could result in throttling on your title. You should be aiming for each client to be generating only a few updates per minute, averaged over the lifetime of the player session (occasional bursts are fine, as long as the average isn't excessive). If you're designing a realtime game that requires a high rate of data exchange between players, you should really be looking to integrate a relay service like Photon Realtime, or using a custom game server.
