Hi All,
We have recently encountered an issue with the emails sent via PlayFab, ie. they aren't sending.
As of yesterday they were sending fine and would land in the intended recipients inbox in moments, however, since around 6pm AEST on 13/02/2019 they've stopped.
Things we have checked:
- Our SMTP settings are correct (We use Google, and emails are sending from elsewhere correctly)
- We've not hit any limits on our PlayFab account/titles regarding email
- Having HTML or Plain text in the email body doesnt affect it
In fact, from looking at playstream and the activity logs, the events triggering an email are identical from when they were working to now. So we're totally stumped.
Is there anywhere else I can look to help nail down this problem?
