There are few ways to implement your multi-play feature.
Our legacy multiplayer hosting service is available for Free Tier users but only offers a limited time for free (20 hrs/month), which means before your server goes live, you have time to deploy and test your server build.
The new multiplayer service 2.0 is named Thunderhead, and it is in public preview. However, it is not available for Free Tier user for now.
An additional option is using Photon Add-on, and it provide 20 CCU for free. For more information, please see Brendan’s discussion in this thread: https://community.playfab.com/questions/26084/multiplayer-for-free-tier.html
