Photon CCU Limit,How can i upgrade and remove limit ?

we checked the photon add-ons page , it has the following in the description:

"If you need more CCU, you can upgrade your account and remove the rate limit. PlayFab will bill you monthly per 100 CCU."

How can i upgrade my account, i can't find any upgrade or request upgrade button.

You have to pay for Photon separately now and the documentation is outdated. Please see more information in this thread: https://community.playfab.com/questions/25370/do-i-need-to-pay-for-photon-separately.html.
