Players Loading Super Slowly on Website

I've been seeing a lack of loading on the "Players" tab showing the players lately. I'll click on it, and it'll sit there with just a loading circle and nothing showing at all. I'm not sure if this is effecting any other player data or anything, but it's been a little frustrating not being able to click into a player and start reviewing things going on with an account. And this time I just received a pop-up saying "Error" with a "Close" button to drop it out. And when click on the "Close" it shows that "No players found" on the Players screen instead of showing the list of players.

I remember a while back I asked about why we can't see the full set of Players on that main screen, and why it asks if we can page forward / backward when it won't let us do it...tell me you're fixing it and that's why it's not loading? =) Heheh.

Anyway, something going on with that? Should we be worried?

What title are you seeing this on? My quick sampling showed reasonable load times. They might be a bit slower on some of the larger titles, but not to the point where I suspected a bug.

7FEE. We only have about 48 players, so it's usually not much of a problem. But the last few days it's been pretty spotty on whether I can get the Players info to pop up anything. Today (while I was typing up that question) was the first time it actually showed the "Error" message. And it did for me and another person on the team at the same time. (I'm in US, he's in Australia.) Just seems very weird that it wouldn't load them at all sometimes recently, since most of the time it's worked quickly very consistently.

I'm not seeing anything out of the ordinary with that title right now. The players tab is coming up for me in less than a second. The next time it happens, can you grab a network trace from the developer tools for your browser? That could help me figure out what request is blocking the page. Also, if you hit the error again, take a screenshot and let me know what time it happened.

Of those errors, the main one that is troubling is this one:

Name Protocol Method Result Content type Received Time Initiator
https://developer.playfab.com/en-US/7FEE/players/list?token=&sort=LastLoginDateReal HTTP/2 GET 404 text/html 1.02 KB 40.01 ms

That's the one that is causing the page to not load for you. There's no reason on our side, though, that you should be getting a 404 on that request. Have you tried a different browser? I'm also worried the problem may actually be with your network infrastructure or ISP. Maybe check on a cell phone that's not running through the same router?
