Unable to file Support Tickets?

Hi,

I am unable to access or file support tickets due to an SSL error

Any ideas whats wrong?

It looks like the SSL configuration got turned off when ZenDesk briefly turned off the site. We're working with them to get everything back to normal right now. At the moment, you can get to the site now, though you'll need to explicitly ignore the security warning.

I do that and get 403 Forbidden error.

Yes, when I tested earlier, I could still bypass the warning and get to the tickets, but now I'm also getting a 403 when I try to reach it with a developer account. I've escalated this with the ZenDesk folks - hopefully they'll get this fixed shortly.

Yes I get the same 403 Forbidden.
