Our game reads 0m 0s for Average Screen Time for the past 26 weeks, which is definitely not accurate. Is there some analytics hook that needs to be implemented for this to work?
[Edit: Currently, screentime reporting is only a built-in feature of our Unity SDK]
Our Unity SDK sends notifications to the service to indicate the start and stop of actual screentime (whenever possible). If you're not seeing any data (which 0ms would indicate), I'd recommend updating to the latest SDK, so that you have that data.
