With respect to dedicated servers, server compatibility is all about the hosting of servers and the related platforms. For example, if a company is offering the entire hosting series on Intel Celeron platform, then it must ensure that all the application it is offering must be compatible with Intel Celeron servers.
Do you have a question concerning server hosting? It's not clear from your post what, if any, concerns are that you have, or what Celeron processors have to do with anything involving the service.
