Can I check Refunded IAP on Client? (Google play and AppStore)

I found Refunded state in 'TransactionStatus' Document

Is it working on Google play & Appstore? Thank you

TransactionStatus is returned by PayForPurchase method which is used in Non-Receipt Payment Processing. For Google Play & App Store, they are using Receipt Validation, so this won't work here. According to your description, it seems you want to know if players refund their in-app purchases. If so, please see this question: https://community.playfab.com/questions/8889/protection-from-iap-cancellations.html. @Brendan's answer might help you.
