Facebook names in multiple languages?

My understanding is people can have their Fb names in certain foreign alphabets (e.g. Chinese, Japanese, Korean). When Playfab fetches Fb user names is the string in that user's Fb language setting or English by default? (or something else?).

I'm wondering what happens when I try to populate leaderboards with player names who use FB in different languages.

All the strings - like Username and Title Display Name - returned by PlayFab are unicode, so they can contain any valid character set. How you display those to the user is entirely up to you (mainly, the engine you're using for your game).
