(Possibly player-side connection issue) Any known active server or network performance issues with Custom Game Servers?

EDIT: May be user-connection related, still investigating but does not seem as widespread as initially thought.

---------------

Bit of a mystery going on -- we're seeing greatly degraded network(?) performance on our custom game servers yesterday and today, resulting in players in our game consistently having choppy / jutting forward movement where it did not before.

We've completely ruled out game/code changes (this happens with our existing live game + server build, which has not changed for 4 months) and the problem persists -- it seems something with the Custom Game Servers themselves or something in the network between the server and game clients has degraded.

Are there any known active recent network issue around this, starting late this past week? Network, server CPU/memory, or otherwise?

The custom game servers don't interact with PlayFab beyond startup and shutdown - and even then, it's just our server wrangler telling it to start and stop (and copying the log/output files off before it shuts down). The AMI hasn't changed since the last security update, so if this is recent, it couldn't be related to that. Are you seeing this only in certain regions? Only for player from certain areas?

Thanks for the reply -- still investigating when it happens / doesn't. Now looking to be an inconsistent pattern, so may be user-connection related.
