Can we migrate all user from one PlayFab Title to other

We have a game in SL under one name and when we do a Hard Launch out game name would change. In order to not skew the data for Hard Launch we intend to create a new PlayFab Title.

Is it possible we migrate(copy/paste) all user from one Title to other?

We don't have a bulk migration tool or process available. You can do the move yourself via our admin API. Just be sure to keep the update rate to about 1 player per second.

Returning players would need to sign into the new title, but would be linked to the same master player id across both. For those that do return, you could kick off a process or tool on your side that migrated any desired stats, data, inventory, or vc.

Put another way - the Master Player Account lives at the Studio level, not the Title level. So players signing in using the same authentication methods will sign into the same PlayFab IDs. The title-level data (player data, stats, etc.) all live at the title level though, so you'd need to copy that over.

Are there any plans for implementing a bulk transfer operation?

I can foresee use cases for bringing over sample user data sets old and new to use for testing against new features and updates.

No, we don't have any plans to provide this in the near future. I'd recommend adding this to our Feature Requests forum, so that we can track on how many developers "like" this feature (for prioritization).
