Deletion is restricted to Server and Admin API calls. So, depending on what you mean you could either set up a Cloud Script that does any checks you need to ensure validity of the request, and then deletes the player account, or you could have an admin tool that your team uses to request deletion of players.
To fullfil the new GDPR/RODO policies in Europe I need a way for a user to delete his account. It would be nice if there was a simple way to do this on PlayFab's website. Any plans for this?

It's worth noting as well that the GDPR deletion is a one-way street. We designed the process to be one where the player must make a request to you, as the owner of the title, specifically because if there's an "easy button" way to do this, you're inevitably going to have to deal with requests to un-delete player accounts - which is completely impossible.
