Purchase Analytics Not Converting Currency Properly

I just noticed that the analytics which track purchases don't seem to be converting currencies correctly or at all. Everything seems to be reported as unconverted USD regardless of whether the purchase was made with a different currency.

For example we recently had a transaction made with RUB (this is Russian Rubles I believe). The value in RUB is about 282 and the item purchased is a 4.99 USD item. The analytics are showing it as a 282 USD purchase. Makes our monetization look much healthier than it is.

The reporting on purchase price is specifically what you tell us. So, if you're sending the currency code and price in the receipt validation API call, that's what we use. Our Google Play receipt validation API call is older, and doesn't require the currency/price - if you don't supply that, we use the price you have set in your catalog/store for the item.

This purchase was through Steam, would that make a difference?

For the StartPurchase flow, the price is specifically what's in your catalog or store. Is the currency conversion service turned on for your Steam title? What is the Title ID?

Yes the currency conversion service is turned on, titleId: DEBE. The prices we have in our catalog are based on USD but in the analytics event the value returned is not that same value, it's much higher. In this case the OrderTotal was 28207 while the RM value of the catalog item is 499.

The purchases breakdown in our dashboard adds that 28207 as if it was USD which comes out to $282.07.
