​Is Service Health indicator reliable?

A few days ago, the schedule task did not work for a few hours.

And every views related to Playstream is not working at this time.

The front page is also not working as expected for several hours.

Nevertheless, the Service Health indicates that all services are functioning normally.

recent history shows no presence of previous malfuntioning.

The service Health Indicator is as reliable as we can make it and is always getting better. When stuff happens that doesn't get reflected in the service status, we perform a postmortem and identify why our tracking missed it. We then, if appropriate, add the necessary alerting to our systems so that we can better react to and surface issues we and our customers encounter.

As to the incident history, we updated it this morning with a description of what happened last night. Do note that the incident from last night had no impact on the operation of live titles. It was a problem bringing the realtime data into the GameManager web portal.
