Adding new game modes still yields "game mode not found" when trying to register a server.

Further investigation shows that the control panel seems to show the wrong list of game modes:
There was a brief issue with the Game Modes as a result of an update yesterday, as shown in our status page (http://status.playfab.com), but that was resolved. Looking at your title, I'm able to create new game modes without any problems - if you have a look, I've added a "TEST" mode. Can you confirm whether you're still seeing this and, if so, what specific account you're using? Can you also check that your Role on the title gives you the right permissions to update the game modes?
We noticed the same issue with our game modes, title E79E (weren't seeing game modes ending in .140 or .146). Our CI system auto-adds game modes for new versions via its API key, but latest version game modes don't show up in the panel. The game seems to recognize the API-added version game modes and launch them OK though, they just aren't visible in the panel, maybe?
EDIT: the rest of the game modes suddenly started showing up again, wonder if something is being processed or fixed?
We've been looking into it on our side, and what we found is that folks who made changes to their game modes while the issue was going on yesterday have two different sets of data, which was still causing issues. What we're doing is updating those titles to clean it all up, but it's a manual process, so it'll take a few to get all of them completed. If you're seeing what looks like all your game modes (pre-yesterday, plus any you added yesterday), you should be good to go.
