Error 503 on Login with Custom Id

I keep getting an error when trying to login with custom id. This was not happening like 10 minutes ago, so its a new thing that just occurred. When I tried doing this via the docs I got this result:

Ive re-tried a lot and it doesn't work.

The title id in question is 277c. I've also tried this with my another title with id 5E5E (that will eventually be the production title) and it did not work there either.

And now it seems to be messing up with Execute Cloud Script...I don't know what is going on is this because I am a free user?

Ok, seems to be working now. I guess it was just s temporary issue.
