Title News Timestamp auto populated with local time, not UTC

When creating a new title news item from the Game Manager dashboard, the timestamp is auto populated with local time instead of UTC (as it says in parenthesis). If you delete the auto populated text and select today's date, the UTC time is then populated correctly.

Small issue but just noticed it when testing just now. I mark title news as unread in the client if it was created after the user's most recent last login time. But the feature wasn't working correctly due to game news being sent with a local time instead of UTC.

Thanks, we've reproduced that and opened a bug on it. It should be fixed soon, but you are correct - clicking a date from the date picker does set the time to the correct UTC time, so there's an easy workaround for now.

@Brendan, any update on this topic? It seems to still be happening and timestamp being transmitted to client still shows local time instead of UTC.

Thanks

That issue was fixed a couple of months ago. The times correctly show up as UTC both the in the Game Manager and in the data sent to the client, now.
