GDPR tutorial

I read the info at https://blog.playfab.com/blog/gdpr-is-coming-new-features-from-playfab-to-help-you-prepare and it was really useful!

In the article, it says that you are working on a tutorial. That sounds absolutely brilliant!

While I understand you can never give us legal advice, it would save us all a lot of research time if you could provide a full example, including screenshots, or even a Unity project, that shows exactly how you could design the texts that should show up when the player starts the game, and how to put the "request info" and "delete info" buttons in there. Preferably both image on how this should/could be presented to the player, as well as reference on how to technically implement it (API calls and such).

Ultimately, the example game should use the standard PlayFab feature set (the user data collection that automatically happens), but also use two custom things (collected in the custom player title data), where you explain why one of these doesn't matter, while the other piece of data needs to be adressed, and how.

Since this stuff is very new to us all, helping us out with some best practices and a starting point, with a clear example, would be very valuable!

It doesn't sound like you actually have any questions here, do you? Could you add this as a Feature Request, so that we're tracking it there? That's the Space we use to track on how many people have "liked" a given idea, to help with prioritization.

I tried doing that first. However, it required me to select a topic in auto-completed freetext, and the form didn't allow me to leave it empty. Neither did it suggest any alternatives. Either I'm doing something wrong, or it expects me to try "A", "B", "C" until something remotely related to the question turns up in the auto-complete. How should I proceed?

You can use the "documentation" tag for this.
