Hi! Since some days ago, when we delete a player, we are unable to connect again, it triggers the error "LoginError 1322" and "failed: the account is unavailable, because it is being deleted."
We understand that it takes some time to delete a player, but before now it was 1-2 hours and now it takes 2-3 days.
My project is running into the same issues, we hope to launch in a few weeks. Overall we only had about 15 users we cleared out and all prior users have not been able to log in for the last 3 days. Any suggestion of what we can do. Our title ID is 4339
Can you let us know if you are still experiencing the issue? Sometimes when titles get deleted with a lot of users, it could take a while, we will take a look at it. Also, If you want to re-test with the same credentials, you should unlink them from the account before deleting them. As soon as the credentials are unlinked, they can be re-used.
