Unknown SSL protocol error in connection

Multiple players are getting this error when trying to connect to the game.

Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to 9092.playfabapi.com:443

It seems to only happen to certain players. For other players, things work fine.

Any chance you can get a wireshark capture from one of those folks? In general, that error means there's an issue with the client's SSL - trying to use a deprecated version of TLS, most likely.

It may be a challenge, since it's hard for them to reproduce. This issue happens to players who are normally able to play the game. It just happens on/off.

It sounds like this is probably a networking issue with those players, then. Are they in the same region as each other? Same ISP perhaps?
